Lazarus Trunk 'create new folder' bug.

Just Downloaded trunk in new folder
svn 58038.

Created new project, plaed a tbutton it.
run project, get new message 'create folder lazarus_trunk_new\Projects'
So I clicked create folder.

Checked it creates the folder and places the project info in it

But If I run the application again, I get the same prompt; even though the folder exists.

Confirmed here.
I reverted changes from rev 58033 to fix this.

I cannot reproduce on Linux. It must be a Windows specific problem.

Is the annoying flickering object inspector getting fixed soon? Its a headache creator.
