WinCE Target was broken

Hello everybody..
Today I was tried to compile WinCE target.

I use :
1. FPC used 3.2.0 Fixes Branch
2. Lazarus 2.0 Fixes Branch 
3. Windows 10 1803 latest update

I saw some similar issue :

I got this messages :

- Lazarus trunk r59167
- Fpc 3.0.4 32-bit
- Windows 10-64
