Treeview to Listview

Does somebody know how to transform a Treeview component to a listview?
What I am trying to do is a program with a Treeview on the left with a list of names. If I press a button it should copy the selected item in anoyhert list. If in this new list I select an item and click on the delete button it should delete the text from the list.
It should become a kind of program for a restaurant. With the menu on the left and the ordered items on the right.
