Getting Result from Database using DLL library

First of all thank you all of you.

My database datatype is VarChar, if there is only 8396 than my RadioCode has become empty (But my local Show me 8396 but as i press f8 the Radiocode become Null) however if i Put as you can see in attachment F8396 the result appear in the box. i think i need to convert this PChar to normal String.
