When hackers talk Truth on Pascal

are there other reasons (than the above hakers' forum link) that make you use/enjoy Object Pascal against others?

It's a single language for everything. At first I coded console apps with it, then desktop apps in pure winapi until finally uses LCL, went down to baremetal to build a (toy) OS kernel, a little game with embedded (ARM) systems, danced in the Android hype (I'm an iOS hater, so I won't code for that platform) and in the last couple of years has been playing with web in the cloud (server side), pas2js will be my next target since it completes the missing client side part. Reducing number of languages is a maintenance breeze, especially if you build a web service centric app that has clients in console, desktop, mobile and web. There's a company outhere whose web service is written in Haskell, desktop client written in C++, mobile in each native platform language (Java for Android, was Objective-C for iOS). Welcome, maintenance hell!
