Linux Mint Mate 18.3 + fpc3401+fpcsrc3401 and Lazarus 1801

Hello all. I just installed Limux Mint Mate 18.3 and I am trying to install the fpc3041 and fpcsrc3041 and the latest lazarus 1801 and whatevever I do I get an error message saying that the rtl directory cannot be located. Anyone can help ? :'(

Hi Handoko and thank you for your reply to my problem.
I read and followed the install procedure you provided as this:
* Installed flawlessly fpc_3.0.4-2_amd64.deb
* Installed flawlessly fpc-src_3.0.4-2_amd64.deb
* Installed with an error lazarus-project_1.8.0-1_amd64.deb
ERROR: The dependancy cannot be satisfied : fpc(=3.0.4)| fp-compiler ( 3.0.4).
Any other ideas ??

Have you tried third party tools like GDebi or Synaptic Package Manager to perform the installation? They can help you solve the dependency issue.
I used Synaptic Package Manager. Sometimes it cannot automatically solves dependency issues but at least it will tell me which library causing the conflict. Simply uninstall the library, reboot the computer and re-perform the installation usually can solve the problem.

Yes on both to add and remove plus in the CLI with apt autoremove and apt-purge
