Console output window not show

Help me please.

I create console program but I don't know why the console output window not show. What can I do?

I found this topic how to configure "debug output" window - need console output only. but I don't understand.

Go to Main Menu-->View-->Debug Window-->Terminal Output or press Ctrl+Alt+O
