I checked the Internet, and yes they're working on it now. They showed the preview of running Windows Solitaire on Android-ARM device.

But running Windows on Android devices, it isn't so exciting to me. It's may be okay for tab's users. But for me and other smaller screen users, the program won't be look good.
Developing Android apps requires different design than on desktop computers. Most Android devices run slower than normal desktop computers. Android favors more screen touching (including multi-touch) than keyboard.
