How to install android cross compiler on Windows

Hello, people!

I have downloaded these installers:
ftp://freepascal.stack.nl/pub/mirrors/fpc/dist/3.0.4/i386-win32/fpc-3.0.4.i386-win32.cross.android.exe
ftp://freepascal.stack.nl/pub/mirrors/fpc/dist/3.0.4/i386-win32/fpc-3.0.4.i386-win32.exe

And I have downloaded the Android NDK from here:
https://dl.google.com/android/repository/android-ndk-r16b-windows-x86.zip

But when I try to install "fpc-3.0.4.i386-win32.cross.android.exe", it gives an error:

I already tried many possible possible paths to the extracted NDK, but the error persists. What am I doing wrong?

And I tried others based on google search, but nothing... The truth is that I have no idea as well.

Try Laz4Android  (Lazarus 1.8 stable + cross-android installed !!!)
