Using windows
How cnan I put the ? simbol in the title bar? Is it possible to have 4 buttons on my form like in Linux?

There is a biHelp on BorderIcons property, but it doesn't seem to work.

A new about the bihelp button, I have also noticed it doesn't work, is it a bug or doesn't windows support it?

Maybe Windows doesn't support it, since in my legal Delphi 2 it doesn't work too.
