Is it possible to use Animated cursors with Lazarus ?

hello,
Is it possible to use animated cursors (.ani file) with Lazarus ? if yes how ?

Jurassic computer : Sinclair ZX81 - Zilog Z80A à 3,25 MHz - RAM 1 Ko - ROM 8 Ko

find attached a small windows application that loads ani cursors. I assume that you want it for windows since ani is a windows only format. It comes with 3 free ani cursors I found long ago for testing purposes I think one of them belongs to a fedora set but not sure. I have some code to load cursors on non windows with the hope that one day I'll be able to finish the test application with linux animated cursors but so far I did not have the opportunity.

Ok thanks Taazz, your project works with my windows 7 - Lazarus 1.8.0
