Profiler ProLaza V2.5 released

New version of ProLaza, the profiler for the Windows version of Lazarus.
ProLaza is the porting of ProDelphi for Lazarus.

ProLaza measures the runtime of programs with the granularity of on CPU-cycle.

The Delphi Magazine wrote about ProDelphi:
- "Only five minutes inclusive installation until identification of
   critical areas ...",
- "an absolute bargain",
- "excellent documentation"

ProLaza is available as

- Freeware version, measuring up to 20 procedures
- Professional version, measuring up to 64000 procedures
  and has some additional features.
