How do I switch IDE windows by keyboard?
« on: November 29, 2017, 07:15:37 am »
Searched through IDE and options, googled, but didn't find, how can I switch IDE windows (e.g. editor, search results, messages etc) straight from keyboard, without "Window" menu or mouse.  There are key mappings "Go to next window" and "Go to prior window", but they don't work.

In Delphi there is another option: invoke "window list" and choose the window you need, in Lazarus seems to be no such thing...

P.S. Lazarus 1.9.0.

Install attached package, rebuild IDE. Press [Ctrl] + [Alt] + Enter. Select desired window from the list, press enter again. The "window list" is also available via LazMenu-->View-->IDE Windows.
