Problem with running program

Hi all,

I have Lazarus v1.6.4 and when I save my program I can normally start the .exe file and also .lpi file, but sometimes when I open that .lpi file it show a message "Strange .lpi file" + "The file .lpi does not look like lpi file". When I click cancel or something like that, it act normally but I can't run him (F9 run). But this error only appears sometimes.
Can someone help me with this problem?  :'(

Maybe a bad HD ?
