Suggestion for Lazarus Developers and Forum Moderators
« on: October 29, 2017, 05:09:35 pm »
I have been using Pascal off and on since about 1982.  For a couple years, I have been using Lazarus as the IDE.  Very recently, I have started to explore the full capabilities of Lazarus.  I find it much easier to follow video tutorials to learn the basics.  Once I have mastered the basics, it is faster to use the text.

I would like to see a recommended list of videos on your website.  Eventually, I suggest incorporating (where appropriate) videos into your tutorials.  Some video tutorials while excellent, take too long to get to the point.  Others cover too many subjects.  The narrated tutorials are preferable to the ones with text.

Some of the better ones are by http://www.schoolfreeware.com  and  https://www.devstructor.com/

Here are some samples.

There may be some that are better than my examples.  I would appreciate recommendations.

Your latest IDE is fantastic.  The more I use it the more impressed I am.
