I guess h2pas will do 90-99% translation from C header files to pascal units
Don't guess, but give it a try and see for yourself  :) (it really is a 1 minute or less process)

Try 90% of the time h2pas will not do as you wish for. To be fair on h2pas, it is h2pas not hpp2pas. Most of the automated tools get thrown off by preprocessor stuff (and also to be fair, those tools aren't preprocessors, and just try to convert c declarations).

@avra has the better idea there, but TS excluded the use of ocx component.

Of course it all starts with the company reluctant to support FPC/Lazarus. So shame on them  :)
