Enum CodePages names

How can i enum all code pages names into strings, i want to put combobox to allow users to select current codepage.
I see this file have it, but idk how to access.

src\rtl\objpas\sysutils\syscodepages.inc

GetSupportedEncodings from LConvEncoding unit. I don't know if it is the same list.
