Tatuk GIS for Lazarus.(Geograpical Information System)

Hi, on the agenda of the Dutch PASCON I see Tatuk GIS for Lazarus.
In my daily work i use Oracle locator databases a lot and the geographic information is being accessed with software which gis engine is from Tatukgis. So I'm very curious what Tatuk means for Pascal. Perhaps I can finally access graphical data with a Pascal progamm. That would be great.

tatukgis is the name of a company that sells a gis library for delphi. I have no idea where the term tatuk comes from though https://www.tatukgis.com/
