This will not work:

"/usr/bin/terminator --command=${TargetCmdLine}"
/usr/bin/terminator "--command=${TargetCmdLine}"
/usr/bin/terminator --command="${TargetCmdLine}"

You forgot to include Arnold Schwarzenegger in the command list.

You mean terminal emulator program? Which Linux distribution you are using?

hello,
because terminator is a python program, you must add the path of your python exec at the beginning of your   Launching application in Menu -> Run -> Run parameters
