Debugger window sizing

Simple question. I am trying to configure a desktop for debugging. When I start compiling the debugger windows expand horizontally to fill screen. I am using a 50" 4K TV for a second monitor and so it covers way to much real estate. Is there a way to save a desktop which has a set size for the debug windows?
