Where are preferences stored? In registry or file? Ex+Import possible?

Where are my current LazPaint preferences stored?

In Windows Registry or in a file (where exactly)?

Can I let LazPaint put it in a subfolder "myprefs" of the LazPaint installation directory?

I want to keep things together on an USB flash drive.

Is there a way to export current preferences (and import them on another LazPaint installation on another computer) ?
