questions about strutils.NaturalCompareText.

I have 2 questions about strutils.NaturalCompareText.

1:
When I use it to sort a stringgrid in comparecells It seems that empty cells are not sorted correctly, they getsometimes somewhere in between the lines.
I copied the NaturalCompareText function locally and added "Result := 0;" as the first line of the function and then it seems to sort correctly.

2:
The parameters "const ADecSeparator, AThousandSeparator: Char" are not used, they are used in the naturalsortunit.pas of 2015.
Should this be removed or documented for future use?
