Can lazarus target to virtual machine Like below:

- zend engine
- dalvix
-rubinius
- perl virtual machine
- trace monkey
-silverlight

etc

obivously people like lazarus/fpc for ts ease of use and crossplatfom style and runtime speed but they are scared to try to use object pascal because of 30+ years of daemonazing the whole idea of modern pascal ... they prefer to stay politicaly corect in front of theyre frinds colegues and bosses and deny object pascal as a viral alternative to all they php perl java pyhton etc sh*t!!!! bad for.them!

No (well, this would end things a lot faster). If you will, however, feel free to fork and implement code generator for them. There are at least two high level code generator in the compiler ATM: JVM and LLVM, so the possibility is there. The question is: for what?

If with "dalvix" you mean Dalvik, Android's original virtual machine, then yes, it is supported through the JVM crosscompiler with target Android.  :)
