SimpleIPCServer how does it work in Lazarus IDE v1.6.4

I created 2 applications, in one I placed TSimpleIPCServer component.
Then in second application I placed TSimpleIPCClient.
Then I run first server application and then client application.
Client conects to my server aplication an I can send data. (Lazarus IDE v1.6.2)

After update to Lazarus IDE v1.6.4, server can't get data from client.

Server (Lazarus IDE v1.6.2) works with client (Lazarus IDE v1.6.4) good.

When create new application (Lazarus IDE v1.6.4) and place new component TSimpleIPCServer, Events not works (errors ...).   

I use Win7.

Some one know what to do
