Is there any plan to move from ant to gradle?

Is it possible?

Hello George!

Yes. But we have not yet had time to study and build this transition. Any help is welcome!

I could try to help if you gave me some guidelines.

I am experienced programmer on delphi and lazarus, but i cant read all code because of luck of time.

Could you tell me when ant build starts iin lamw so that i save sometime and start studying gradle?

I dont promise anything but i could try since your project has a very good basis.

Helo Georgebou!

After a long time [sorry...]  I commit a intial/unfinished gradle support!

how to use:  create a new LAMW GUI project and look for "gradle_readme.txt"
and others "gradle_*" files.

Please,  try and test it!

An explore code guide: go to line  1560 in "AndroidWizard_intf.pas"  [LAMW folder "......\android_wizard"]

Thank you!

Ok i got the whole idea.

You create from scratch the gradle file and save it to a batch file.

I will study it more and test it with some apps.

Thanks :)
