Deploying a Raspberry Pi program
« on: April 23, 2017, 08:24:40 am »
I've got a multi-platform program with several files to be distributed, and Bitrock InstallBuilder does a good job of building self-extracting installers for Linux and Windows. Can anyone suggest a utility to do the same for the Raspberry Pi (Raspbian)?

Not familiar with Raspian, but isn't it a Debian based distro? Don't know if it's possible, but have you tried deploying as a *.deb package?

Thank you for the suggestion, but the Raspberry Pi uses an ARM processor, and I don't know of any self-extracting installer system which supports that.
