Button color and spacing in TListBox

Hello,
I am programming on my Raspberry PI3 with Lazarus. I have 2 problems.
The first on, I can't change properly the backgroud color of a button (see the first .jpg attached).
The second, the spacing in a TListBox is too important, impoosible to find a way to change it (see second .jpg attached).
