crear hoja de calculo libreoffice en linux

Como podría crear una hoja de libreofficce calc en linux.
En windows la creo para excel con la librería ComObj, pero esta no trabaja para linux

I wrote that sentence 8 years ago, but I suspect it's still true today. You'll need a "bridge" for Pascal other than COM, since COM is a Windows-only technology. On Mac, you can probably use LibreOffice's object dictionary from Pascal if it has a dictionary (I don't use LibreOffice), but I don't know of any general technology like that on Linux.
