Form disappears after execution and IDE cannot find it to edit

after creating a form, execution of the application and normal termination, the form (form2) cannot be found for edit.  any suggestions?

You might have accidentally closed it or it is hidden behind by Source Editor. It's no problem.
Just push F12 in Unit2 in Editor window. It will bring up a corresponding form.
You can also check all the project's forms in menu Project>Forms
