New install on macOS Sierra 10.12.3

Hi
After install lazarus on my mac i am now in deep trouble, and have work with this for many hour now.
In a run i get:
The GDB command:
"-exec-run"
returned the error:
",msg="During startup program terminated with signal ?, Unknown signal"
I think that i have sign certificat correctly, but maby not? or am i in the wrong way for troubleshooting?
Some ide for where i have to check?

If i run Lazarus as root, my debugger works fine.... hmmm

You need gdb 7.12.1 or later for macOS 10.12.x (if you don't want to be root, or disable system integrity protection).

I can get working lazarus on mac os sierra. Even the oficial DPKG 1.8 fails , down compile a simple project-
Can describe how you install it?
