Possible bug OSX and TextAlign
« on: February 26, 2017, 12:09:37 pm »
Hi
I have a richmemo on a form with size length of 15 and text alignment of centre; on windows this works perfectly, on OSX carbon, with either center or right allign the display richmemo text vanishes.

well... it shouldn't vanish for sure.
try to add RichMemo1.Invalidate after you change the alignment.

Hi

I thought I had tried that, but will re-check.

On re-checking .

The allignment is set at designtime to centre and it does not display text; if I change in runtime to leftalign, it becomes visisble; if i set in runtime to centre or right it vanishes.

length of richmemo is set to 15; just in case this was causing a problem, richmemo lines is set just as Test 123; and no extra linefeeds.
