[SOLVED] Errors in "docs-html"

I have seen many... But I don't know where to report them, so they can be corrected.

As in this page, where description says "DecodeDate" when the procedure being talked about is "DecodeTime": http://www.freepascal.org/docs-html/rtl/sysutils/decodetime.html

Please, tell me where I could report the errors I find in the docs.
