Installing BGRAControls windres problems

Hi, if someone else has problems on Linux / Mac here is the solution:

Or another way is to exclude "bclistbox.pas" from the package.

That happens because it uses an .rc resource, and in these OS "windres" => downloading it separately is needed.

And no, I will not change that to lrs for my convenience.
