Simple: select a lpk file, compile and click 'use', 'install' and when asked if you want to rebuild the IDE now click 'No'.
Now select another package compile that one, click 'use', 'install' again and don't rebuild until you have the last package. When you have compiled the last package answer 'Yes' when asked to rebuild the Lazarus IDE.
That's all.
OS: Windows 10 (64 bit) / Linux Mint (64 bit)
       Lazarus 3.2 FPC 3.2.2
       CodeTyphon 8.40 FPC 3.3.1

Take a look at the source of fpcupdeluxe.
ct2laz - Conversion between Lazarus and CodeTyphon
bithelpers - Bit manipulation for standard types
pasettimino - Siemens S7 PLC lib
