rpi_hal from sfischer - doku or tipps in german?

Hi, Im a new here - sorry my great english ;-)

I was reading a lot of informations about rasberry pi 3b and Tools for Lazarus to connect with/about GPIO. Sometimes I was reading about "S.Fischer2 - he should be a german guy - is this right? I want to ask him if he have some docus or tipps for me in german, because the examples I dont understand :-(
