Include help files from third-party packages?

In Delphi, one could add components' help files to the IDE help search path.

Is this at all possible with Lazarus? I have seen the FPDoc option in the package, but it didn't have the desired effect with ZEOS.

With components like ZEOS, the help comes in HTML format, Indy come with a .hm3.
