Trojan records logo and delphi - related ?

I see this logo almost each time I try to listen to typical rock-steady music that UK skins were listening in the 80's.

Afaik that kind of helmet is called a Trojan Helmet.

In the case of Delphi only the exact designs of their helmet are copyrightable.
And Delphi and Oracle are just trademarks for software. The names derive indeed from ancient greek history.
Therefor the use of a different helmet design is perfectly legal for music. And a record label can be called Trojan.

You're right, now I also remember another law on brands. You can use a brand name that already exists if the commercial activity is in another domain that the other brand(s) already using the name. For example I could create "Delphi nugets" brand without being worried because i would sell nugets and not software...
