Hi there,

I`m at the point that i need to write a docking library. So i considered a style like photoshop has. Do you guys think that after that I can expect an sue from Adobe? - there are a lot of control that mimics bars, docks from ms. I did read that Adobe sued macromedia for an tdi interface style.

Regards,
lb.

I think some similarities are okay, but you too much similarities should be avoided. Those big companies may have patented their interface designs, for example:

If you like that style, you can mimic it but added with your own enhancements, perhaps with your own color, border or size.

Some reason you're not using the Lazarus docking units?
