You can download the  "lazaruside.zh_CN.po" file,  convert it to "lazaruside.zh_TW.po", and it can be done automatically by software. The accuracy is very high, so you can quickly keep up with the simplified Chinese translation process and put the experience in the rest.

There are many translation software, such as firefox Extensions '同文堂', or Wikipedia and so on.
