DBDateTimePicker calendar appears behind form

Hi

I have a problem with DBDateTimePicker, when you click to display the calendar it is displayed behind the form that the actual control is on and won't accept any user inputs.

I've taken the same project and compiled it under windows and everything works as expected.

I'm running Lazarus 1.6 FPC 3.0 on OSX El Capitan

Have you applied this patch to a bug that shipped in 1.6 on Mac?

Thanks for the suggestion,  I tried it and it made no difference, any other ideas?
