'Help' button doesn't work

OS: Debian Unstable, Xfce 4

If I click the button nothing happens. The same is true for help button of 'IDE options' window.
I also tried few other windows, it doesn't work too. I didn't test all windows, but I suspect it's broken for all windows of the IDE.
