External SIGSEGV

Hi to all, i am facing a strange issue where program is working the way it should, But when i add heaptrc unit (-gh) from the project option. Then after program termination a strange External SIGSEGV is occuring. HeapTrc message shows every thing fine.

Is heaptrc unit causing this error, or gdb can't figure it out. After removing heaptrc using from project, Error goes.

Antivirus tried, Norton, AVG, Avast
System: Windows 8.1
