Lazarus WIKI RSS

Probably somebody know how to fix it.

I am using FireFox as my main browser and NewsFox addon to read RSS feeds. I am subscribed for Lazarus wiki changes to be aware about latest changes. BTW sometimes it becomes to sad state as at the screenshot below (duplicated, undeletable entries, some garbage and so on).

I prefer to use news reader inside browser instead of separate program.

Is it possible to get only valuable changes (articles bodies) for only mentioned languages (only English for example) instead of ...

Wiki is under spam-attac now.
Already few days.
You can see traces of the epic battle.
