That would be really nice)
Windows 7 SP1 x64, FPC 3.0.0, Lazarus from trunk: http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/lazarus/trunk

CountIdentity, ModeClassName - good property naming
IdentityCount,  ClassNameMode  - bad property naming

I have no idea but if you select any property editor, press tab once to change the column to the caption instead of the editor and start typing the object inspector will try to find the first property that starts with the text you typed eg typing "c" will jump to the first property that start with "c" typing "o" will jump to the first property that start with "co" and so on. I think there is a delay before cleaning up the current string and starting over but I have no idea how long that is I usually just press the up and down arrows to reset it.
Good judgement is the result of experience … Experience is the result of bad judgement.

OS : Windows 7 64 bit
Laz: Lazarus 1.4.4 FPC 2.6.4 i386-win32-win32/win64

I did't know about that, thank's. Very useful.

But the property filter also can be useful if you, for example, suspect that the property(or sub-node of property) you looking for - must contain certain word. especially if you are explore a new component.
