Can not build if turn on -pg for gprof

Hi, I recently want to do some performance tuning (profiling) for my project. When I turn on -pg for gprof (Project Option -> Compiler Option -> Debugging), I got this error while compiling the project:

Options changed, recompiling clean with -B
testForm.lpr(19,1) Error: Failed reading coff file, invalid section index while reading C:\cygwin\lib\libcygwin.a(_cygwin_crt0_common.o)
Fatal: Compilation aborted

As I working in Windows7 64bit, I've already installed minGW (32bit) and cygwin (32bit) and added the path to project unit files.

Dose any one know about this issue? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Lazarus IDE 1.2.6, FPC version: 2.6.4, win32
OS: windows7 64bit
