onchartresize event

dear specialists,

I do not see an event which reacts on a change in width of the chart and/or height of the chart.Do I miss something here or is there an another event which does the same.

I normally have charts client-aligned in a panel or form and use their OnResize events. But you are right: TChart should have its own. I think it is not harmful. Fixed in r49733.
