How to install bgrabitmap8.7, "Use->Install" is grayed out

What is correct way to install this? When I open bgrabitmappack.lpk in Lazarus, "Use -> Install" is grayed out and can't be selected.

OS: Windows 8.1
Lazarus: 32 bit version installed from lazarus-1.4.0-fpc-2.6.4-win32.exe
Addon: 64 bit addon installed from lazarus-1.4.0-fpc-2.6.4-cross-x86_64-win64-win32.exe
package: bgrabitmap8.7.zip

It's not visual component. Just compile and use:

Just open the .lpk and click on "Add to Project" button, then start using it.
