updating of free pascal

now, the commands to install lazarus and free pascal is working (with raspbian)
 sudo apt-get install fpc
 sudo apt-get install lazarus

but the version of FPC is 2.6.0

so, who is the responsible to update the Fpc to 2.6.4?? is it free pascal .org  or  raspberry pi .org??
