<SOLVED> keyboard shortcuts for coding

hey does anyone know what the shortcut is to not complete the define when writing it. ie. say if I write this

procedure foo;

what is that keyboard shortcut to have Lazarus put that in the body of code for you with the begin - end in it. I forgot it, (it'd been a while sense last time I used this) and am tired of searching Google to try and find that page again telling me some of them time saving shortcuts

yep that was the page I was looking for -- I couldn't remember what header it was under THANKS!!!
