Thank you very much for the new release! :)

This release has finally solved crashes I have been experiencing with complicated setups involving multiple TSplitters on Mac (everything was fine on linux64 & win32/64 ever since 1.0).

Thank you for this new version
i would like to report the following
i first removed 1.2.6
installed 1.4
- i had to add at uses the LCLTranslator  / at v 1.2.6 only DefaultTranslator was ok
- the installer makes an assosiation with .lpi files to open with lazarus this assosiation puts an icon that points to a file in  --->  [lazarus  folder]/images/LazarusProject.ico wich is not there and the os fails to put an icon for the .lpi files

Congratulations on the new release. I finally made the leap yesterday for my Windows installation. I had hesitated because I was concerned about some of the bugs that users were reporting on this thread. Anyway I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to install & add all my additional components without fuss.

I like tha fact that using AnchorDocking, I can now dock my Debug Windows (Watches, Breakpoints etc) to the IDE just like an Eclipse IDE. I also like the use of colour notifications when the compiler finds errors looking similar to the Eclipse IDE.

Kudos to you all. I'll be updating my Linux installation very soon.

No. You can use the fixes branch directly from SVN :
  http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/lazarus/branches/fixes_1_4/
Mostly Lazarus trunk and FPC 3.2 on Manjaro Linux 64-bit.

By the way, all pictures (diagrams) in
http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/lazarus/binaries/docs/chm/ref.chm
are broken.
The first is in "1.1 Symbols"

Sorry.
Pictures look broken if open ref.chm from Windows.
If open by lhelp everything is all right.

Thanks for this new release.
I've been using it for a whole day and no problems so far. :)
